Tiahan has a wealth of experience within the sports performance industry. He has been a strength and conditioning coach for over 10 years, working with a range of athletes from academy prospects to Olympic champions. He has led programmes within universities, semi-professional, and professional club environments. His current roles include Head of Strength and Conditioning at University of Oxford, consulting for several professional south-east sports clubs, and is a guest lecturer for the Sports Medicine MSc programme at University College London. A qualified and professional strength coach, Tiahan graduated with his MSc in 2010 and has an excellent coaching skillset. He particularly enjoys building successful relationships within a multi-disciplinary team

Paul Montgomery, MSc, CSCS

Paul has worked within the field of strength and conditioning for over 7 years, working within a wide range of high-level sporting institutions. This has included Durham University, Imperial College London, and Bromley Tennis Centre. As such, he has extensive experience in working with all age groups and abilities, from children first getting into structured training for tennis, to international level athletes in athletics. Alongside his experience, he also holds an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He finds great enjoyment in forming great working relationships with the athletes he coaches and particularly enjoys seeing them do well in their sports.

Matt Tabor

Matt has been coaching in secondary schools for 5 years, starting as a rowing coach and later specialising as a strength and conditioning coach for rowing, hockey and rugby teams while completing his master's degree in Strength and Conditioning. Matt has also had exposure to the athletes of the highest level having worked with West Ham United's first team, and elite pathway athletes by providing strength and conditioning support to the GB Rowing Team's u23 squad. He has a keen personal interest in skill acquisition which he uses to give him a holistic approach to coaching.

Alex Adams BSc, ASCC, CSCS

Alex has coached for over 10 years, specialising in strength and conditioning and working with athletes from various backgrounds. Graduating from St Mary's University Twickenham and now working as a freelance coach, Alex has had the opportunity to help athletes from International and National level Karate, national level track-cycling and semi-elite endurance sport. His passion for weightlifting and the development of power for sports performance gives him a unique skill set within the private sector. In addition to coaching, Alex mentors and manages a team of trainers and coaches from a central London performance facility.

Will McAuley, MSc

Will has been coaching for over 10 years, and moved to London in 2017 to pursue his Master’s degree. He graduated in 2018 with an MSc in Strength & Conditioning from Middlesex University, and is a published scientific author, specialising in fatigue and lower limb asymmetries. Will has worked with athletes across a variety of sports including rugby, football, hockey, cycling, rowing, and recently was the Head of Strength & Conditioning for the inaugural year of the NFL Academy in North London. Between coaching athletes and training private clients in a central London performance space, Will also takes advantage of his background in linguistics to communicate effectively and efficiently to get the best out of those he works with.

 

Dan Baby

Dan has coached for 6 years, specialising in Strength and Conditioning and working with athletes from various backgrounds. Graduating from the University of Exeter and now working as a freelance S&C coach based at PerformancePro, a central London performance facility, Dan has worked with a range of athletes from young gymnasts, university students, and recreational athletes to professional football teams. From a young age, Dan has always had a keen interest in sport and health which has developed his passion for people development, allowing him to build great rapport with all athletes and clients, helping them move and feel better.
